SASSA Takes Solutions to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers into the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering providers which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency mentioned it is actually alarmed with regards to the superior quantity of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The intention of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some superior variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no thoroughly functional office dedicated to service the area every day. The service issue established for intervention experiences a superior influx of likely beneficiaries, that makes it challenging to the office to attend to all people who check out a service point.
